My experience with the Laser and Vinyl cutter project was so fun! I have experience using Illustrator and i personally love the software. I had fun looking up a photo to choose to laser cut later. I wanted to do something a little more detailed, but given the time restraint, I went with a flower image. I cannot wait to use the laser cutter again. I have some ideas to use some Arab designs or writings to use on canvas fabric, or maybe even african textiles, to do something contextual. I loved seeing what the machine could do with various materials including how it burned through my 8.5 x 11 inch letter paper.
